Sega attraverso il suo blog ufficiale ha confermato l’arrivo di Sonic Dash, titolo sviluppato da Hardlight (già autori di Sonic Jump) e previsto per i sistemi iOS e successivamente per le altre piattaforme mobile.
A differenza di Sonic Jump, Sonic Dash offrirà degli ambienti 3D dove Sonic correrà automaticamente su strade infinite nella coreografia della classica Seaside Hill, il titolo punterà principalmente sul punteggio in base alla distanza che il giocatore sarà in grado di percorrere.
